Your health and safety is our top priority. Should this be the case, we have an on-site clinic. In the event of a serious injury or if you are unable to move, ski patrols can assist in transporting you safely off the slopes using specialized equipment such as stretchers or toboggans. We are trained to handle various types of accidents and injuries that may occur while skiing or snowboarding.

Yes, but it is generally not recommended. This is because if there is a significant skill disparity between participants, the instructor may need to allocate more attention and resources to accommodating the beginner, which could detract from addressing the specific needs and progression of the more advanced participant. For a more effective learning experience, it is typically advised to group individuals of similar ability levels together to ensure that each participant receives the appropriate level of instruction and challenge.
We will provide all necessary equipment for both sports. However, we do not provide goggles
and gloves.
We provide all relevant equipment and clothing. Just prepare your fit, healthy and ready to have lots of fun!
With the exception of reasons owing to slope conditions and/or the school’s incapacity to conduct lessons, we will charge a cancellation fee as follows:
3 or 4 days before : 30%
2 days before : 50%
the day before~ : 100%
Should this be the case, our ski resort will be closed meaning no instructors will be available.
We will provide a full refund.
Yes for Private Snowboard Lesson, but you MUST let us know at least 1 week in advance.
We are generally flexible and accommodating, however our instructors will not wait more than 20 minutes after the lesson has started.
For Private Ski Lesson Class. We recommended 4 years old.
For Private Snowboard Lesson Class. We recommended 5 years old.
No. Don’t Worry, your child is in excellent care as our instructors are experts at handling children during lessons. We have a well-established system in place to ensure the safety and supervision of all our students. While you don’t need to accompany your child during the lesson, you can have peace of mind knowing that our instructors are experienced and skilled in providing a safe and supportive learning environment for children.
It is highly advisable to have appropriate travel insurance that specifically covers the activities of skiing or snowboarding. Please ensure that your insurance policy includes coverage for the specific type of skiing or snowboarding you plan to participate in. Please note that coverage for these activities may be offered as an optional add-on depending on your insurance policy.
