Hotel Reservation Policy:

– Due to the nature of this event, a minimum of four nights stay is required.
– Check-in is at 2 p.m. on the day of arrival, and check-out is at 12 p.m. If you want to check your bags in early, please let us know ahead of time.
– The hotel holds on to the right to keep the room reservation based on your passport, and you must fill out the Hotel Reservation form with your information.
– If we have not received your slip payment prior to the arrival date, the room reservation will not be confirmed.
– We only accept bank transfers to the attention of the reservation department for hotel payments once payment has been made in accordance with your name and period of stay.
